All of our crew members selected are proudly and properly certified according to the requirements of IMO (International Maritime Organization), STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watch Keeping) and other international regulations which correspond to the ITF (International Transport Federation).
Crew Training – In order to ensure our crew is reliable we incorporate in our Ship Management continuous training performance evaluation. We observe our vessels and crew on a quarterly basis in order to guarantee continuous monitoring of crew performance, quality manpower, efficiency and safety on board. Our clients have direct access to our server in the headquarter offices, promoting transparency and accommodating the needs of each client and their requirements.
Crew Management – Our superintendents and executives make regular visits on board the ships we have under full Crew Management to monitor and evaluate the crew performance. Our superintendents assure that the client’s expectations and ESM’s requirements are fulfilled. These visits also serve to identify potential training needs and to revise safety procedures if needed in the future.
Payroll and Benefits – As part of our full Crew Management Services we handle all payroll, benefits, and supervision of the crew we have placed on our client ships under full management.
